It is produced in result of the cross-pollination of Qana N and Kaberne Savinyon in France. Cultivated in many countries like Ukraine, the Crimea, Novocherkassk, Russia. In 1969, it was brought to the enterprise Govlar-Sari of Azerbaijan Agricultural Institute.
Bushes grow medium.
Grow and yields by means of self- pollination of flowers. Cluster is medium, wide-cone-shaped, from the base, grow with burdock and wings, from the middle - changes its shape and becomes cylindrical with medium density. Seeds are medium, large, dark blue/black with dense wax layer; skin is medium thick. Languid is fleshy-juicy, a little slimy. Taste is ordinary, pleasant and fresh. Juice is colored.
Medium late ripening. Dark colored, a little saucy and usually light wines are produced of it. Not sensitive to diseases.
